TRAINING IN BENCHMARKING AND BEST PRACTICES AN APPROACH TO COMPETITIVENESS
The Productivity Council recognises that management faces daily challenges of Globalisation and trade liberalisation. The global Benchmark and Best Practices initiative was implemented to assist local businesses in chartering a course of action by understanding their performance standards and develop a superior performance strategy based on best practices operating tactics and winning strategies of world class companies.
The Council will be offering a series of workshops over the period November 1, 2005 to June 4, 2006 .
